Terms and Conditions for Kids Activities at BIG4 Ulverstone
- Eligibility: Activities are designed for children aged between 4 to 12 years. Children outside this age range may participate at the discretion of activity coordinators.
- Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times during the activities unless otherwise specified.
- Registration: Prior registration is recommended for certain activities, especially those with limited slots. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.
- Safety: All activities have been designed with safety in mind. Participants should follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by coordinators. BIG4 Ulverstone is not liable for injuries resulting from non-compliance.
- Equipment: All materials and equipment provided should be handled with care. Any damage or breakage caused due to negligence might be chargeable.
- Cancellation: If an activity is cancelled by BIG4 Ulverstone due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be informed in advance. No compensation will be provided for such cancellations.
- Behaviour: All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coordinators and fellow participants. BIG4 Ulverstone reserves the right to exclude or remove any participant behaving disruptively.
- Personal Belongings: BIG4 Ulverstone is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during activity sessions. It's recommended that valuables be left in a secure location.
- Media Release: Photographs or videos might be taken during the activities. By participating, guardians grant BIG4 Ulverstone the rights to use these images for promotional purposes unless otherwise informed in writing.
- Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: For activities involving food (like cooking dinner), parents/guardians must inform the coordinators about any allergies or dietary restrictions beforehand.
- Changes: BIG4 Ulverstone reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to read and understand these terms before enrolling their children in any activity. Your cooperation ensures a safe and fun environment for all participants.
